Journey toward wellness.
Lifestyle change is the single most effective way to impact your health. If you are concerned about a downward trend in your health and an upward trend in your medications, Health for Life may be the change you need. Most of us don’t lack information about what’s good for us. What we lack is personal practice—actually living in healthy, life-promoting ways—exactly what Kripalu has been specializing in for more than 30 years.
What I liked best about this program was the education, the chance to experience and
practice what I was learning, and exposure to top-notch professionals. Nothing was left out.
—Debbie B., CPA and certified valuation analyst, Wilmington, Delaware
Imagine a place where you can come to learn an integrated approach to healing that includes body, mind, and spirit. Where you can eat organic whole foods, practice yoga, attend cooking classes, and consult with a team of medical doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, life coaches, yoga therapists, and professional healing practitioners who understand both the Western medical model and integrated practices of the Eastern traditions. Imagine a place where transformation happens every day.
This program was life-changing for me. It was exactly what I expected and more.
—Kathi E., jewelry artist, Oriental, North Carolina

It’s a month after the program and I feel energized, my mood is upbeat, I’m sleeping better, and I’m doing nice things for myself again, like starting my day with a walk and yoga. I cleaned out my pantry and overhauled my diet. I no longer have indigestion with every meal and don’t need to nap to make up for not having energy. Health for Life gave me hope for a new future.
—Margie R., entrepreneur, Gamaliel, Arkansas
